Best Western U. S. Inn

My husband and I stopped here late last night. We were exhausted from driving for hours in the worst weather ever and couldn't care less where we stayed. It was right off the highway so we thought why not. This place was so clean, the staff were great, and they had a great selection for breakfast! Every person I walked past greated me with a smile and while we were checking out they were cleaning everything. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at and if I need to I will 100% stay here again.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay, after looking at so many others in the area and being horrified by reviews, this seemed like the best option for a reasonable price. I ended up arriving way ahead of schedule and they allowed us to check in very early, which was VERY much appreciated after being on the road over 5 hours. The gentleman who checked us in very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, beds and carpet.. Places I'm really particular about and always check first! The breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon which was appreciated, way better than some places. Overall, I was so relieved and so appreciative of this facility and plan to visit again in the future.

Nice place to rest your bones passing through. Very comfortable beds, very clean room and bathroom with great water pressure. Late night check-in was quick and easy. Room fridge was a bit loud but I personally appreciate the white noise for sleep haha. A restaurant/diner shares the parking lot which is great, but we arrived too late at night to check it out. Decent hot free breakfast right up until the cutoff. Friendly staff overall :) Overall, very pleased with our overnight stay on the way home after a camping/hiking road trip. Wonderful value in my experience within this tier of hotels.

We stayed one night passing through. Breakfast was good but needed refills juice was almost out as well as yogurt and food needed to be refilled. The coffee was low as well. People were smoking in rooms even though there were signs everywhere.

Audrey (apologies if that’s the incorrect spelling) at the front desk was efficient and kind. She quickly got us into a room and assisted with all of our questions and concerns! We truly appreciate her help and would recommend this establishment to anyone! Thank you Best Western and Audrey!

Our experience at the Best Western was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Nashville. Marybeth at the front desk was absolutely fabulous and a pleasure to work with. We truly appreciated her kindness as we were in town for a funeral. Good room, breakfast and people! Thank you!

Clean, reasonably priced, decent Continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stopped in for 1 night. We did not have a reservation. To me this hotel is a 5!star hotel for these reasons: I was treated with a smile! The room and hotel are very clean. Staff were helpful when we needed something. The rate was very good for the this type of hotel. They also serve a nice hot breakfast. What else can you ask for when traveling.
